1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sparkle Star ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Description
Sparkle Star is a hotel room operations and housekeeping management platform provided by Sparkle Star Africa. Access is provided on a subscription basis to registered hotel businesses.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Sparkle Star Africa is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from failure to secure your account.
4. Subscription & Payment
Access to the Platform requires a paid subscription. Trial access is provided for 14 days at no charge. Subscription plans are as described on the pricing page. Payments are non-refundable except where a 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to Annual Pro plans. Pinnacle Access is a one-time, non-refundable payment.
5. Permitted Use
The Platform is licensed for use by hotel businesses and their authorized staff. You may not resell, sublicense, or misuse the Platform. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Platform's security.
6. Data & Privacy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your hotel's operational data. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that harms the Platform or other users. You may cancel your subscription by contacting support.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sparkle Star Africa provides the Platform "as is." We are not liable for operational decisions made based on Platform data, indirect losses, or service interruptions beyond our control.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after notification of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action.
